1. Acceptance of Terms
   By accessing and using the services of OS ACCELERATOR LLC ("we," "us," "our") through the Agency Accelerants program, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

2. Services Provided
   We provide AI automation agency consulting, training, and business development services through the Agency Accelerants program. The scope, deliverables, and timelines of our services are outlined in separate enrollment agreements specific to each participant.

3. User Responsibilities
   Provide accurate, current, and complete information as required for service provision

Maintain confidentiality of account credentials and login information

Use services only for lawful business purposes

Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Participate actively in program requirements and complete assigned tasks

4. Fees and Payment Terms
   Payment Terms: Fees for Agency Accelerants services are detailed in your enrollment agreement and are due as specified

No Refunds: All program fees are non-refundable once services begin and access is granted

Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional charges and result in service suspension

Payment Methods: We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and cryptocurrency as specified in enrollment agreements

5. SMS Terms and TCPA Compliance
   SMS Consent: By enrolling in Agency Accelerants, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your program participation, including appointment reminders, program updates, and educational content

Opt-Out Rights: You can stop SMS messages by texting STOP to any message at any time

Message Charges: Standard message and data rates may apply based on your carrier plan

Compliance: We maintain TCPA compliance through proper consent documentation and opt-out mechanisms

Message Frequency: You may receive up to 10 messages per month related to your program participation

6. Intellectual Property Rights
   All intellectual property related to Agency Accelerants, including but not limited to methodologies, systems, templates, training materials, course content, and proprietary frameworks, remains the exclusive property of OS ACCELERATOR LLC indefinitely.

7. Confidentiality
   Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of the program. This includes business strategies, client information, proprietary methodologies, and trade secrets.

8. Results Disclaimer
   No Income Guarantee: We do not guarantee specific business results, income levels, client acquisition outcomes, or revenue targets

Individual Results Vary: Results depend on individual effort, market conditions, business execution, and factors beyond our control

Education Only: Our program provides education, consulting, and training; ultimate success depends on your implementation and market factors

Past Performance: Past client results do not guarantee future performance or individual outcomes

9. Limitation of Liability
   Liability Cap: OS ACCELERATOR LLC's total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific program

Excluded Damages: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from service use

Service Basis: Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties

10. Termination
    Termination Rights: Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice for material breach of these terms

Post-Termination: Upon termination, you remain responsible for all fees incurred up to the termination date

Continued Obligations: Confidentiality and intellectual property provisions survive termination

11. Compliance and Legal Requirements
    TCPA Compliance: Both parties agree to comply with TCPA regulations in all communications

A2P Registration: We maintain proper carrier registration for business SMS messaging

Legal Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of [STATE], United States

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of [JURISDICTION]

12. Prohibited Uses
    You may not use our services for:

Illegal activities or violation of any laws

Spamming or unsolicited communications

13. Force Majeure
    We are not liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.

    These Terms of Service, together with your enrollment agreement and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the parties.

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use constitutes acceptance of modifications.
